Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in production support or application development.

• Strong SQL skills and data validation capabilities.
• Knowledge of frontend tech such as Angular/TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML/CSS/JSON is desirable.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile/DevOps practices, and release support.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and basic container concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring incidents.
• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise application features, services, and integrations.
• Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, and database issues to identify defects and resolutions.
• Assist in deployment, release validation, and post-release checks for operational stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and delivery.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, technical docs, and knowledge articles.

# Technical Lead – Production Support & Application Development## Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on technical professional with 5+ years of experience in production support and application development for enterprise applications.The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, contribute to application enhancements, and work closely with development, QA, support, product, and business teams.## Key Responsibilities* Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms.* Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes to reduce recurring incidents.* Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise application features, services, and integrations.* Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, database issues, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.* Support deployment, release validation, post-release checks, and operational stability activities.* Collaborate with development, QA, support, product, and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth delivery.* Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.## Required Skills & Experience* 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, production support, application support, or production engineering.* Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend application development.* Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, query troubleshooting, and data validation.* Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.* Experience troubleshooting application, API, database, integration, and infrastructure-related issues.* Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, Agile/DevOps practices, and release support.* Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and basic understanding of containers or cloud-hosted applications.## Good-to-have Skills* Experience with Salesforce integrations, CRM platforms, licensing, entitlement, order management, subscription, or customer-facing business applications.* Knowledge of GraphQL, microservices, messaging platforms, API management, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service.* Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Application Insights, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or similar platforms.## Candidate ProfileThe candidate should be a practical, hands-on engineer with strong debugging skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to balance production stability with development delivery.
