Job summary

PTC in India invites an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise applications across the full technology stack, with hands-on leadership.

The role emphasizes cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations, while ensuring quality through testing and code

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise-scale development.
• Hands-on full-stack development across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Strong SDLC knowledge with ability to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can design, build, and enhance scalable, secure, and modern enterprise applications across the full technology stack.

The candidate should bring strong engineering fundamentals, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack solutions.
• Develop modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to practical solution development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Improve code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Support containerized workloads on Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and reliable delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university, or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise-scale application development.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices, with the ability to independently analyze, design, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

• Modern single-page application development
• Enterprise solution architecture and distributed systems design

• PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, data modeling, and query performance tuning
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Bitbucket
• Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
• Azure Kubernetes Service, App Services, Functions, API Management, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or customer-facing enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of asset management, entitlement management, subscription management, SaaS platforms, or order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with identity and access management, event streaming platforms, observability tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering practices.
