Job summary

Lester Infoservices in Gurugram is seeking a Tech Lead with 9-13 years of software development experience to drive architecture and lead a skilled engineering team on an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform.

You will architect scalable SaaS systems on AWS/GCP/Azure, own CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver cutting-edge features.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid database expertise: PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis (preferred).
• Proven SaaS architecture experience on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab.

What You’ll Do

Lead design & development of our AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.

Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
