Role: Technical Lead/Architect with ( Go Lang, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Mobile Application Development and AWS/Azure, AI Tools.)

Experience: 6–8 years (3+ years in a Lead/Architect capacity)

Reports To: Senior Technical Manager

Key things we're screening for the candidate must be deeply hands-on across React/Next.js, Go, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Mobile Application development and AWS/Azure. More importantly, they need to be genuinely proactive and AI native in how they work day to day. That last bit is non-negotiable for us.

Proactive Technical Leadership Core Expectation Anticipate technical blockers, risks, and architecture gaps before they surface and bring solutions. Drive sprint readiness: ensure tasks are well-defined, dependencies resolved, and the team is unblocked at all times. Set standards for code quality, review culture, and engineering velocity; enforce them by example. Proactively surface ideas for product improvement, performance gains, and cost optimisation unsolicited.

Architecture & System Design Design and own scalable front-end architectures using React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router, Edge functions). Architect robust back-end services in Go — RESTful APIs, gRPC, microservices, and eventdriven patterns. Define database strategies across PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimisation) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis). Experience managing mobile applications Lead cloud infrastructure design on AWS and Azure serverless, containers (ECS/EKS/AKS), CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Terraform / CDK). Ensure enterprise-grade non-functionals: security, observability, HA, DR, and cost governance.

AI Integration & Innovation Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into products RAG pipelines, conversational bots, AI-assisted workflows. Use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) as force-multipliers in your own daily development workflow. Champion AI-native thinking across the engineering team; help others adopt AI tooling effectively. Evaluate and recommend emerging AI frameworks, APIs, and architectures relevant to client needs. Team Enablement & Mentorship Mentor and upskill engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and structured feedback. Break down ambiguous requirements into executable engineering plans with clear ownership. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders translate business needs into technical solutions fluently. Participate in hiring: technical interviews, take-home evaluations, and candidate assessments.

Nice to Have Experience with voice AI or conversational bot platforms (Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, DialogFlow, Rasa). Kore.ai XO Platform, IVR systems, or NLP/NLU pipeline experience. TypeScript across the full stack (both Next.js front-end and Node.js tooling). Multi-tenant SaaS architecture patterns workspace isolation, billing, RBAC. Exposure to enterprise clients in insurance, finance, or government sectors. Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar data warehousing platforms.
