Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Lead & Architect in Gurugram, on-site at least five days a week. You will define the system architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and drive scalable SaaS products, with expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

The role demands 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in leadership, plus experience with ML deployment and infra-as-code. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building or scaling SaaS / web-based products (real estate or prop tech is preferred).
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams and guiding code reviews and design reviews.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and high-availability systems.

Responsibilities

Job Location: - Gurugram, WFO 5 days on-site.

Experience Required: - 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.

Qualification: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience building or scaling SaaS / web-based products (real estate or prop tech experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to production at scale

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (compute, storage, networking, IAM).
• Container orchestration with ECS / containerization (Docker).
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPC, security groups, TLS).
• Backend & Data: – Expert proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience schema design, query optimization, performance tuning Mobile.
• Native Android development with Kotlin
• AI / ML: – Experience deploying ML models in production, including model serving with vLLM.
• Familiarity with tokenizer configuration and inference optimization.
• Nice to Have: – Experience building products for the real estate & prop tech.

Job Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Technical Design: – Define and own the overall system architecture, technology stack, and design patterns for the product.
• Make high-level technical decisions and trade-offs around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation and diagrams.
