Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for SFDC to own technical deliveries and mentor the team. You will coordinate with functional and technical stakeholders, review architectures, and drive Salesforce-based solutions across integration and automation initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong SFDC experience, Lightning, APEX, and API integration skills, with hands-on CI/CD and deployment expertise. Hybrid work in India is offered, with opportunities to influence large-scale programs.

Competenze

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA is required.
• Experience on SFDC Admin, VSF and APX.
• Experience in Salesforce and AI tools in SDLC.
• Expertise to develop applications on Salesforce Platform.
• Lightning, LWC, Aura and APEX knowledge.
• HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills.
• APEX Data Loader/Middleware technologies.
• Experience in building SOAP, REST Web Services.
• Experience with Salesforce lightning, Angular.
• OOP (JAVA) knowledge desirable.
• Salesforce APIs integration with back-end systems (Oracle EBS, SAP).
• Programming in JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript.
• Experience with source control and CI.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tech Lead, SFDC!

Responsibilities

• Owns technical deliveries providing continuous feedback to Project plan, works closely with technical team and the program managers.
• Coordinate will all stakeholders specially with functional and technical team.
• Reviews and co‑owns all the specs which includes technical architectures and integrations plans and approach.
• Understanding the user stories and ability to convert them into feasible solutions specially using out of the box features.
• Manage resources and provide technical specs to developers and oversee code reviews.
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Review codes and development practice, enforcing standard development practices.
• CI/CD implementation and release management.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E or B. Tech or MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience on SFDC (Admin, VSF and APX)
• Relevant experience in Salesforce.
• Relevant experience in using AI tools like Claude, Codex, Azure Open AI, Prompt Engineering etc. in SDLC
• Expertise to develop applications on Salesforce Platform
• Excellent Lightning, LWC, Aura and APEX code knowledge and extensively worked on Lightning components
• Excellent skills in HMTL5, CSS3 and Javascript
• Hands on experience on APEX Data Loader/Middleware technologies
• Experience in building SOAP, REST enabled applications (Server to Server Web Services)
• Hands on experience on Salesforce lightning, Angular
• Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and is a must Skill. Knowledge (JAVA) is desirable and advantageous.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back‑end systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc).
• Solid Programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript
• Experience working with source control and continuous integration.
