Job summary

Logic Planet in India is seeking a Teamcenter OCM specialist to drive user adoption and business readiness during PLM transformation projects through structured change management, training, and active stakeholder engagement.

You will conduct impact assessments, prepare training materials, lead workshops and change champion networks, execute communication plans, and measure adoption outcomes to ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in OCM, training, or transformation programs.
• Experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
