Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to drive PLM transformation initiatives through robust training, stakeholder engagement, and effective communications.

You will lead change impact assessments, develop user enablement materials, facilitate workshops, and measure adoption outcomes, partnering with IT and business leads to ensure business readiness and sustained user adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in OCM, training, or transformation programs.
• Experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
