Role Description

The Team Member, Sales & Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based at Six Senses Vana in Dehradun. This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives that promote the retreat’s wellness offerings and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping to maintain accurate sales and guest data. The team member will interact with prospective and existing guests, respond to inquiries, support customer relationship activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves preparing marketing materials, supporting digital and offline promotional efforts, and contributing ideas to improve guest engagement and revenue growth in alignment with the retreat’s wellness-focused mission.
