Responsibilities

• Multilingual support solving buyer and supplier queries via email or phone for India and abroad.
• Provide user rights for different Purchasing Systems based on requests.
• Document and forward complex issues to IT and coordinate with HQ Support Center.
• Maintain quality and standards of the support.
• Keep up to date with new systems and deepen existing topic knowledge.
• Prepare training documents and presentations as required.
• Register suppliers on B2B platform.
• Conduct supplier trainings via Web Conference for VW Group systems.

Role & responsibilities

Position : Team Member, Procurement Support Center ( German Language )

Minimum Qualification : Should be expert in German Language ( Level C1 ) Reading, Writing and Speaking, Graduate in Any Field ( German Language preferred)

Experience : 0 to 3 Years, where he / she has German Language related Expertise.

Location : Pune - Chakan

Skills Required : Good in Microsoft Office Apps, Good Communication

Work Profile ( Post our internal training ) :

• Multilingual Support in solving Buyer and Supplier queries regarding Procurement Systems per Mail or Telephone for India as well as outside India.
• Provide rights to the Users for different Purchasing Systems, based on the request received.
• Document and forward complex issues to IT Team and resolve the issues at the earliest. If needed, take the support from Support Center located at our Headquarter.
• Maintain Quality and Standards of the Support.
• Keep themselves up to date for the New Systems and deepening the expertise in the existing topics.
• Prepare the training documents / presentations as per the requirement.
• Registration of suppliers on B2B Platform
• Conduct Supplier Trainings per Web Conference for the VW Group systems used by the Suppliers.
