Job summary

AGI Greenpac in Hyderabad seeks a skilled Tool Room Technician to handle mold loading/unloading, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and precision mold making for caps and closures.

The role requires basic knowledge of conventional machines (lathe, milling, surface grinding) and injection moulding presses (Milacron/Husky); office and Excel knowledge is a plus, plus mold part polishing. Core salary plus overtime for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Mold loading and unloading experience.
• Maintenance skills: preventive and breakdown.
• Experience in precision mold making for caps/closures.
• Familiarity with conventional machines (lathe, milling, surface grinding).
• Familiarity with Milacron and Husky injection molding machines.

Role & responsibilities

• Mold loading and unloading
• Responsible for carrying out all the preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Working experience on precision mold making in caps and closures domain
• Basic knowledge of operating conventional machines such as Lathe, Milling, surface grinding, etc
• Basic operating knowledge of injection molding machines like Milacron and Husky

• Job card and History card management
• Office and excel knowledge
• Polishing skills of mold parts

It is not a 8 hours job.
