Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for all maintenance functions, including preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all machine equipment (Facility Electric Equipment/Electric fittings)
- Implementation of autonomous/weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance as per plan
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machine
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of SPMs (Metal Bending, Stamping, Assembly SPMs)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment such as compressor, transformer, DG, cooling tower and fire hydrant
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of metal furnace
- Prepare breakdown root cause analysis
- Respond to machine problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
- Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for machine equipment if neededPrepare weekly/monthly production failure/machine downtime report
- Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and 5S in the work area
- Spare management and inventory control for machine spares
- Implement the TPM tool in operations as per the organization guidelines
- Implement predictive maintenance tool successfully
- Responsible for energy efficiency projects
- Prepare data of MTBF, MTTR, downtimes for the machines
- Generate reports detailing energy consumption, cost and savings for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to understand energy requirements and assess potential improvements
- Adhere to government regulations and compliances
- Training and development of subordinates on technical subjects
- Demonstrate good practices to the team members to improve the departmental results
Education And Experience
B.E./B. Tech/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) with 3 to 6 years experience.
