Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for all maintenance functions, including preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all machine equipment (Facility Electric Equipment/Electric fittings)
Implementation of autonomous/weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance as per plan
Maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machine
Maintenance and troubleshooting of SPMs (Metal Bending, Stamping, Assembly SPMs)
Maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment such as compressor, transformer, DG, cooling tower and fire hydrant
Maintenance and troubleshooting of metal furnace
Prepare breakdown root cause analysis
Respond to machine problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for machine equipment if neededPrepare weekly/monthly production failure/machine downtime report
Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and 5S in the work area
Spare management and inventory control for machine spares
Implement the TPM tool in operations as per the organization guidelines
Implement predictive maintenance tool successfully
Responsible for energy efficiency projects
Prepare data of MTBF, MTTR, downtimes for the machines
Generate reports detailing energy consumption, cost and savings for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to understand energy requirements and assess potential improvements
Adhere to government regulations and compliances
Training and development of subordinates on technical subjects
Demonstrate good practices to the team members to improve the departmental results
