Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai is seeking a Team Manager for Credit Cards to lead a 7-8 member team, drive affluent card sales, and align branch and intra-channel sourcing with the bank's strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of extensive sales experience.

Job Summary

Customer focused need-based selling to our existing customers.

Deepen customer relationship and sell credit cards and maximize penetration from Internal channels only

Managing the team of 7-8 People and driving affluent sales and bank strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Team sales target/budget
• Segment focus, customer focussed needs-based selling
• Being a Credit Cards Clients Team manager, focus has to be on internal Branch and Intra channel sourcing HVS customer relationship and fulfilling needs with respect to Assets.

• Set direction and drive high performance by translating strategy into clear direction, aligning individual goals to team outcomes and providing regular, constructive feedback.
• Develop talent and capability through coaching and career conversations that build critical skills, stretch potential and prepare individuals for future opportunities.
