Job summary

Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Tool Room Supervisor to oversee a small team, coordinate with the tool room leader, and plan external work for all tool room groups. The role requires DME/BE and 2–3 years in a tool room environment.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD 2000, Excel and Word, with strong communication and negotiation abilities. Compliance with HO procedures is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Education: DME/BE.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in tool room.
• Skills: tool room machining, communication, coordination, and problem escalation.
• Hands-on with AutoCAD 2000, MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team of 2–3 members including admin and helper.
• Coordinate with tool room team leader for queries.
• Plan outside work for all tool room teams.
• Follow the system and move work accordingly.
• Coordinate with new tool room supplier with group leader.
• Update all tool room data.
• Check TR activity: PM/RM/electrode/spares/old tool & admin activity.
• Machine maintenance and new machine procurement.
• Tool offloading.
• Obtain quotations for new machines and machine maintenance.

Job description

• Co-ordination for new tool room supplier with group leader.
• All tool room data updation work.
• Checking of TR Activity - (PM/RM/electrode/spares/old tool & admin activity).
• M/c maintenance Work & new m/c procurement.
• Tool offloading.
• Quotation for New m/c. & m/c maint.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• Education Required - DME/BE
• Experience Required - Minimum 2 to 3 year's Experience In Tool Room
• Skill Requirement -
  • Knowledge of tool room machining processes.
  • Good communication, co-ordination, negotiation skills required
  • Hands-on experience on AutoCAD 2000,microsoft excel and word
  • Problem escalation
