Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune is seeking a Tool Room Supervisor to manage a small team, coordinate with the tool room leader, and plan outside work for all tool room divisions. The role involves following systems, supplier coordination, and monthly supplier assessments.

The candidate will oversee data updates, monitor activities, and handle machine maintenance, erection, commissioning, and tool development trials as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education required: DME/BE degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a tool room.
• Knowledge of tool room machining processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2000, Excel and Word.
• Ability to escalate problems when needed.

Responsibilities
