Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Raw material planning—coordinate with interplant and Tier-2 suppliers.
• Process centre-wise daily planning.
• Maintain inventory process-wise and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with department for end delivery to customer.
• Inventory management and data analytics for capacity planning and manpower planning.
• Coordinate with supply chain.
• Plan child parts and analyze production gaps for effective scheduling.
• Understand customer needs and manage a large variety of products.
• Plan tooling stock in coordination with Tooling department.
• Job work planning at subcontractors.
• Packing material planning and raw material stores handling.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports.
