Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect material and service sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and Finance to understand requirements and ensure policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in indirect procurement, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience in manufacturing/engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement categories (IT, Facilities, HR, Travel, Marketing, Professional Services).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of indirect materials and services (e.g., office supplies, IT hardware, facility management, travel, utilities).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and track order fulfilment.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Monitor and control indirect spend to align with budgets.
• Maintain vendor database and performance records.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Admin, Finance) to understand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Analyse market trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Handle contract renewals and service agreements.
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation.
