Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd in India seeks an experienced design professional to create tooling, press tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges, and independently manage 3D & 2D CAD workflows for new product development. The candidate will follow project plans, prepare drawings, and support manufacturing readiness.

Expect a hands-on role with 3–5 years of tooling design experience, good communication, and coordination.

Formación

• NTTF/GTTC/CTTC with 3-5 years of hands on experience.
• Experience in design of Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges Independently
• 3D & 2D software knowledge
• Male candidates upto 30 years of age
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsabilidades

• To Do tasks as per Project Plan & Flow Sheet
• Process Drawings preparation, TFG Design, Consumables Design, Trials & Proving, Stage Gates follow
• Project Data preparation
• Able to develop Small size Sheet metal parts or tools manufacturing
• NPD Flow KH (Product life cycle management flow)
• Conformance to calendar self
• OKOTIF PMS submission with senior's review
• TFG Validation Checklist
• TFG on Assembly Inspection Parameters
• Tool Detailed drawings
• Wire cut & VMC drawings
