Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune invites an experienced Die Casting Supervisor to plan and supervise daily production, allocate manpower and optimize utilization of machines and tools.

You will monitor furnaces, dies and process parameters, analyze defects, implement 5S/Kaizen and drive OEE improvements while ensuring safe, efficient operations and timely reporting to the Head Office.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in pressure die casting operations.
• Knowledge of aluminium & zinc die casting processes, dies, furnaces and trimming operations.
• Understanding of casting defects, cycle time optimization, OEE and quality tools.
• Knowledge of post processing such Fetling, Deburring, Buffing etc

• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP is preferred.
