Job summary

Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd in Pune, Maharashtra invites applications for a Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality role with 3–6 years of experience. The incumbent will drive supplier quality, oversee SPC activities, and ensure product conformance across metal stamping, HPDC, and assembly operations.

The position requires strong collaboration with suppliers and customers, auditing processes, and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BE with 3–5 yrs experience or DME with 4–6 yrs in QA.
• Experience in supplier and customer quality management.
• Experience with sheetmetal stamping, HPDC, assembly, plastic molding, and surface finishing.
• QMS certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to suppliers for statistical process studies.
• Escalate issues on time and execute monthly supplier audits per plan.
• Validate daily problematic quantities at in-house assembly/manufacturing.
• Support SCM to drive supplier improvement activities.
• Assist STD ROOM to accomplish MSA schedule for all existing gauges.

Job description

• Give training and guidance to supplier for statistical process study
• On time escalation / status updating Execute monthly supplier audit as per planValidate daily problematic qty of supplier at In-house assembly/ manufacturingSupport SCM to drive Supplier improvement activities
• Support STD ROOM person to accomplish MSA schedule for supplier all existing gauges.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• BE with Experience - 03 -05 yrs. / DME with 04-06 Yrs.
• quality Assurance and dealing with supplier and customer quality. Commodity sheetmetal stamping , HPDC , Assembly process, Plastic molding & Various surfacefinishing process.
• QMS certification will be advantage.
