Bluetown India is seeking a skilled Team Leader/Senior Field Engineer to steer field deployment activities for Wi‑Fi and broadband projects across the Bihar region. You will supervise field teams, conduct site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.

The role requires hands-on networking expertise, 4–6 years in the field, and 1–2 years in a leadership capacity. English and Hindi communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in network deployment, Wi-Fi implementation, ISP operations, or telecom field services.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising field teams.
• Strong understanding of wireless networking and broadband deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, Cambium, Ubiquiti, or equivalent networking equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues.

JOB DETAILS

• Position Title:Team Leader/ Senior Field Engineer
• Department: Network Operations

JOB PURPOSE

The Team Leader / Senior Field Engineer is responsible for leading field deployment activities for Wi-Fi and broadband infrastructure projects across Bihar region.

The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities, ensuring timely site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities while maintaining service quality and project timelines.

The incumbent will supervise and guide Field Engineers, coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients, ensure compliance with project standards, and drive successful execution of deployment and support operations.

JOB DIMENSIONS

• Reports to: State Manager-Field Operations and Maintenance/State Head
• Direct Reports: Field Engineers / Technicians (as assigned)
• Indirect Reports to: NOC Team

Daily activities that a Team Leader / Senior Field Engineer will be expected to undertake include:

QUALIFICATIONS
