E Biz Solutions is seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong technical background in wireless systems to drive complex, multi-site deployments across India. You will guide engineering teams on-site and instill confidence in enterprise clients.

The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of wireless communications, PM leadership, and the ability to manage client engagements, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program management delivering telecom infrastructure, radio communications, cellular networks, or critical enterprise networks.
• Demonstrated track record of leading technical deployments, managing multi-site field teams, and driving client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical leadership: guide, troubleshoot, and support field engineers on-site to ensure deployment quality.
• Customer confidence & stakeholder management: act as trusted technical/operational contact for enterprise clients and OEMs.
• Project delivery & execution: develop end-to-end schedules, track milestones, and manage complete P&L for high-value projects.
• Field & team operations: direct, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external field subcontractors across sites in India.
• Network integration & acceptance: oversee surveys, tower/mast installations, RF tests, and core network commissioning up to AT sign-offs.
• Quality, safety & compliance: ensure field deployments meet safety regulations and customer specs.
• Supply chain & vendor management: coordinate local vendor selection, equipment dispatch, logistics, and inventory across multi-location rollouts.

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong technical background in wireless systems to drive complex, multi-site network deployment and field integration projects. Beyond core project management, this role requires deep hands-on technical understanding of wireless communications enabling you to actively guide engineering teams through technical hurdles on-site and instill absolute confidence in key enterprise clients.

While specialized experience in Walkie-Talkie and PMR/LMR systems (DMR, TETRA, Trunking) is valuable, we strongly encourage candidates with robust project and technical leadership backgrounds in Cellular Network Rollout (4G/5G, BTS/eNodeB), Microwave Links (PTP/PTMP, LOS), or Enterprise IT & Security Infrastructure to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Technical Leadership: Utilize strong domain expertise in wireless technologies to guide, troubleshoot, and support field engineers on-site, ensuring technical resolution and high-quality deployment.
• Customer Confidence & Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted technical and operational primary contact for enterprise clients and major OEMs (Motorola Solutions, RADWIN, Pelco, etc.), instilling total client confidence during solution design, status reviews, and handovers.
• Project Delivery & Execution: Develop end-to-end schedules, track milestones, and manage complete P&L for high-value projects (2Cr+ budgets), ensuring strictly on-time and within-budget completion.
• Field & Team Operations: Direct, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (radio engineers, networking specialists, SCADA technicians) and external field subcontractors across sites in India.
• Network Integration & Acceptance: Oversee site surveys, tower/mast installations, RF coverage testing, antenna alignments, and core network commissioning up to customer Acceptance Testing (AT) sign-offs.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure field deployments strictly adhere to industrial safety regulations (ATEX/PESO hazards in Oil & Gas/Mining) and customer quality specifications.
• Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Coordinate local vendor selection, equipment dispatch, field logistics, and inventory allocation across multi-location rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years in project/program management delivering telecom infrastructure, radio communications, cellular network rollouts, or critical enterprise networks.
• Demonstrated track record of leading technical deployments, managing multi-site field teams, and driving client-facing engagements.

Technical Acumen (Essential):

• Must have strong, practical technical understanding of wireless systems to interface authoritatively with both client technical leads and field teams.
• Exposure to Radio Communications (LMR/PMR, DMR, TETRA, BDAs, Trunking), Cellular Networks (4G/5G rollout, Small Cells), Microwave Links (LOS surveys, PTP/PTMP), or Networking Infrastructure (Layer 2/3, Routers, Firewalls, SCADA).
• Solid understanding of site execution, cabling, power systems (UPS/DC/Solar), and RF acceptance procedures.

Education & Certifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
