TVS Motor Company seeks a Production/Line Leader in Tamil Nadu to ensure hourly targets in the assembly cell while maintaining safe operations. You will coordinate workmen, deploy resources per skill matrix, and monitor quality and delivery performance.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, corrective actions for PDI and customer complaints, and adherence to TMOS standards to drive continuous improvement and team motivation.

• Conduct sunrise meeting to the workmen
• Deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organise resources for production.
• Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance.
• Conduct audit on 2S,JH, material handling, unsafe act and conditions.
• Conduct audit to adhere all operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
• Take corrective actions for in house PDI & customer complaints.
• Control of non conforming products ( MSN , PSN ).
• Review workmen on quality & delivery performance measures & attendance.
• Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification of workmen.
• Motivate & support workmen to implement suggestions.
