Sagility India is seeking a seasoned Team Lead - Payment Posting to oversee US Healthcare RCM payment posting operations in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in US Healthcare RCM, 2+ years of team leadership, and hands-on experience with ERA, EOB, cash posting, reconciliation, and SLA adherence.

You will drive productivity, quality and process improvements while mentoring a team and coordinating with AR, Billing, and Denials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in US Healthcare RCM with focus on payment posting.
• 2+ years of formal team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERA, EOB, cash posting, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment posting operations for US healthcare accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of payment posting associates.
• Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Review and resolve payment posting exceptions and escalations.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments from ERA, EOB, and electronic remittances.
• Perform reconciliation of payments, adjustments, and deposits.
• Analyze process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with AR, Billing, and Denials teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare and publish operational reports and MIS dashboards.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Payment Posting to oversee payment posting operations within the US Healthcare RCM process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payment posting, cash applications, reconciliation, ERA/EOB processing, and team management. The role requires driving productivity, quality, and process improvement while ensuring adherence to client SLAs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment posting operations for US healthcare accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of payment posting associates.

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and insurance payment processes.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
