Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
• Experience in Payment Posting.
• Knowledge of COB, EOB, ERA and reimbursement workflows.
• Ability to review insurance payments and patient responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance payment posting and manual posting.
• Work on EOB and ERA processing.
• Perform paper posting and electronic posting.
• Review payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility.
• Identify denials, underpayments, and claim discrepancies.
