The role emphasizes achieving targets, managing KYC and documentation, and maintaining internal MIS while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in team handling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Target-oriented with experience in partner acquisition or inside sales.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, or other financial products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily calling, lead conversion, onboarding, and partner activation.

Role Overview The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Partner Activation Executives.
