Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to drive Team members to achieve their business targets and ensure their productivity.
• Revenue Generation as per assigned Team Targets
• New Client acquisitions
• Would be responsible for achieving Revenue, Incremental SIP & Net Equalized Assets (LS) targets for the branch with help of respective Relationship Manager.
• Responsible for recruitment and attrition control. Should ensure training of team members in building Asset gathering skills and take initiatives to build employees capability.
