Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong sales background; MBA preferred is a plus.
• 38 years of life insurance sales experience (Agency/APC preferred).
• Experience in partner or agency channel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Partner Offices / Agents under the Partner Office model.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term business.
• Ensure partner activation and continuous engagement.
• Drive life insurance sales through partner offices and advisors.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly premium and policy targets.
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns, meetings and joint calls.
• Train and mentor agents on products, sales processes, and compliance.
• Support partners in recruiting quality advisors.
• Improve agent productivity and retention.
• Track partner and agent performance metrics and submit MIS/forecasts to management.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Management

Reporting & Performance Tracking
