Job summary

Atidiv is hiring a Team Leader (Operations) in Pune with a flexible work setup including Work From Home and a weekly office presence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in managing 15+ associates, focusing on performance, reporting, and client management.

You will lead a team, coach and conduct reviews, manage attendance and incentives, analyze trends, and drive process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve escalations and maintain a high-performance
