Job summary

Paytm is seeking a field sales leader in Pune to drive sales of EDC devices and merchant onboarding, while building robust channel partnerships.

The role requires guiding a 15+ member team, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining close MIS reporting with Excel and sales tools. Prior experience in QR and Soundbox sales is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution.
• Proven experience in leading field sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations.
• Experience in QR and Soundbox device sales will be preferred.
• Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning.
