Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales professional to lead distribution efforts and drive growth. You will manage a team, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with merchant partners from outreach to sale.

The role requires hands-on channel sales experience, strong market knowledge, and a track record of incentivizing and guiding a sales team toward ambitious targets. Graduate level education preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
• Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
• Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
• Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers, from initial lead outreach to purchase.
• Be the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Support channel sales operations and mentor a sales team.

To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.
