Paytm is seeking a results-driven field sales leader to grow QR and Soundbox adoption across assigned districts in India. You will build and mentor a high-performing merchant sales team and expand the distribution footprint.

The role requires strategic planning of market size and geographies, strong networking, coaching, and the willingness to travel extensively to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Deploy QR & Soundbox through merchant channels across locations.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to drive business in the market.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to meet targets.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for the FSE.
• Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as directed by management.
• Validate acquisitions and sales activities within the team.
• Ensure team presence in markets where sales & usage occur.

retail business. This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations

of this category

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly 10. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
