Altaa Vistaa Business Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Pune to perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on CNC and other manufacturing machines. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and ensuring machine health to minimize downtime.

Candidates should have 1+ year of experience and a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, with readiness to work at Chikhli, Pune.

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Willing to work at Chikhli, Pune.

Responsabilidades

• Handle preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of CNC and other manufacturing machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain and monitor machine health to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and records.
• Identify recurring machine issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate with production, quality and other teams for machine-related issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external vendors.
• Handle maintenance of machines such as CNC Press Brake, Laser Cutting Machines, Power Press, Welding Machines/Robots, Powder Coating Line & Oven, Compressors and Cranes.
