Job summary

Justdial is seeking a Team Leader – Telemarketing to manage a small telemarketing team at the Coimbatore location. The role focuses on guiding daily activities, setting targets, and driving individual and team sales through effective lead conversion.

You will monitor performance, motivate the team, prepare reports, and handle escalations to ensure targets are met. Minimum 1 year in team handling is required.
