Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of customer care experience (Voice) domestic or international.
• Minimum 5 years of team handling with 2–3 team leads and a team size of around 50.
• Immediate joiner to 15 days preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and people management abilities.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and presentation tools.
• Regional language skills: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, English.

Total Exp: Minimum 8yrs

Minimum 5+ years of team handling experience

Preferred: Immediate joiner to 15 days.

• Overall, a Minimum of 8 years of Customer care experience Voice Mandatory Domestic or International
• Minimum 5 years of team handling with 2 to 3 Team leads and a tangible size of 50 members, handling team experience as a Manager (On Paper) in any voice process Domestic or International
