Job summary

Imarque Solutions in Chennai seeks a Team Leader Malayalam Process (Sales & Collections) to guide a target-driven outbound team. You will mentor 10–15 Malayalam-speaking telecallers, drive conversions and recovery targets, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will monitor performance metrics, coach staff through real-time feedback, handle escalations, and report on KPI trends. The role is on-site, six days a week, with annual CTC in the 2.5–3.5 LPA range plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in BPO/Call Center Sales & Collections.
• Experience as Team Leader or Acting TL in a telecalling environment.
• Willing to work from office in Chennai six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Malayalam-speaking telecallers/sales & collections executives.
• Drive sales conversions and recovery targets across assigned buckets.
• Monitor dialer usage, login hours, wrap-up time and talk time for efficiency.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports with KPIs like Conversion Rate and PTP.

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Team Leader Malayalam Process to oversee and lead our outbound Sales & Collections team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring key metrics (Sales Conversions & Collection Recovery), mentoring tele-executives, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10–15 Malayalam-speaking telecallers / sales & collection executives.
• Conduct daily huddles, assign daily targets, and monitor real-time caller productivity.
• Perform regular call auditing, provide actionable feedback, and run continuous coaching sessions.

2. Target Achievement & Operations

• Drive sales conversion rates and meet monthly recovery/collection targets across assigned buckets/portfolios.
• Monitor dialer utilization, login hours, wrap-up time, and talk time to optimize process efficiency.
• Handle escalations and assist team members with tricky customer interactions or negotiations.

3. Reporting & Quality Assurance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (MIS) tracking KPIs like Conversion Rate, PTP (Promise to Pay), Kept Rate, and Resolution Rate.
• Analyze trends in call outcomes to refine scripts, pitches, and collection strategies.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent/Native Malayalam speaker (mandatory) with functional English and/or Tamil for workplace coordination.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Call Center operations, specifically handling Sales (Outbound/Telesales) and Collections / Debt Recovery.
• Team Handling: Prior experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Acting TL managing telecallers is required.
• Work Setup: Must be willing to Work from Office 6 days a week in Chennai.
• Education: Graduation in any discipline with strong relevant experience considered.
• Skills: Strong leadership, target-oriented mindset, call calibration, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and basic proficiency in MS Excel.
