Creative Indians is seeking a Team Leader for our US/International Voice Customer Service BPO in Pune and Bangalore. The role requires at least 1.5 years of Team Leader experience in an International Voice process, with strong KPI focus and excellent communication skills.

You will oversee day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates, drive performance against targets, and coordinate with the US shift team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Min 1.5 years of Team Leader experience in International Voice process BPO.
• Must be from International Voice process BPO.
• Willing to work US shifts.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a group of call center associates.
• Manage team performance against KPIs and service levels.
• Coordinate with US shift operations and ensure smooth escalations.
