Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong telecalling and customer service skills, including confident phone communication, active listening, and clear articulation.

• Sales and negotiation skills: lead generation, outbound calling, persuasive communication, closing techniques.
• Basic banking and home loan product knowledge: explain features, eligibility, docs, and interest rates.
• Data management and reporting: maintain logs, update CRM, prepare performance reports.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle objections and ensure positive CX.
• Relevant experience in telecalling, home loans, or financial services is preferred; prior team lead experience is a plus.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree beneficial.

Role Description

The Team Leader Home Loan Telecalling role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mumbai. The role involves leading a telecalling team responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining home loan products, and generating qualified leads. The Team Leader will allocate daily calling targets, monitor call quality, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure adherence to scripts and compliance standards. This position includes coordinating with internal sales and operations teams, tracking conversion rates, preparing performance reports, and supporting team members in handling customer queries and objections. The role requires consistent follow‑up with leads, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the achievement of overall home loan sales targets.
