This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan and credit card inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth by effectively promoting financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound queries regarding loan and credit card offerings.

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products (loans, credit cards) that best fit their requirements.

• Provide detailed information about various loan and credit card products, including interest rates, features, and benefits.

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call logs.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Process applications and documents accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.

• Handle customer complaints with patience, providing resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages depending on customer base).

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office tools.

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend shifts as per business requirements).
