Job summary

INFINX in Visakhapatnam is seeking a Team Leader for Home Health Coding to guide a team of coders, ensure accuracy and productivity, and meet client requirements.

You will coach, monitor performance, support hiring and onboarding, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training to drive process excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people skills and deep ICD-10-CM knowledge, with the ability to manage escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Home Health Coding (HHC) experience.
• Prior leadership experience (Team Leader, Senior Coder, SME, QA or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and Home Health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Home Health Coders to achieve quality and productivity goals.

Eligibility:

• Strong experience in Home Health Coding (HHC)
• Prior experience as Team Leader, Senior Coder, SME, QA, or equivalent leadership role
• Good understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and Home Health documentation
• Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive team performance and employee engagement
