Data Marshall Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead with 5+ years of medical coding experience, including at least 1 year in leadership.

The role emphasizes strong E&M coding knowledge, gastro specialty preference, and exposure to procedural coding and denial management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across specialties.

• Has handled atleast a team size of 20 coders

• Oversee E&M coding, gastro cases, and procedural coding workflows.
• Drive denial management initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain quality standards.
