INFINX Hyderabad is seeking a Team Coach for E/M Cardiology coding to lead and mentor a team of skilled medical coders. You will monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times, conducting audits and providing coaching to ensure client-specific standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 4-7+ years in Medical Coding with E/M Cardiology expertise and at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, plus strong Excel/reporting skills.

Competenze

• 4-7+ years of experience in Medical Coding with strong expertise in E/M Cardiology.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead, SME, or Team Coach.
• Strong knowledge of E/M guidelines, Cardiology coding, auditing, and quality processes.
• Good communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
