TP in Mumbai (Malad) seeks an Experienced Team Leader for International Process operations. The role will manage a BPO/customer service team handling the US utility process, ensuring quality and SLA delivery. 5-day work week with two rotational off days; salary up to 6.5 LPA. HR Mamta will facilitate onboarding.

The candidate should monitor performance, coach agents, manage escalations, and drive overall team productivity to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader in BPO/Customer Service.
• Experience handling international processes or US utility domain is preferred.
• Ability to coach and monitor a team to meet SLA and quality targets.

Responsabilités
