Justdial is hiring for a Team Leader - Field Sales. The role involves leading a team of marketing executives, planning daily field activities, and driving target achievements while onboarding clients on the Justdial platform.

Freshers or experienced candidates with good communication and selling skills are invited to apply. Two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred, and basic Android/mobile app knowledge is helpful for presenting services to business owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and supervise a team of marketing executives by planning daily field activities, setting targets, providing on-ground support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
• Drive individual productivity during the first 3 months with 5 client meetings/presentations per day.
• Visit business owners to onboard and manage client details on the Justdial platform and present services effectively.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable Justdial products while building strong customer relationships and brand presence.
• Post 3 months, manage both individual and team productivity, ensuring overall target achievement.
• Once the team is assigned, complete 3 client presentations daily as an individual target + team handling
