Job summary

Gratitude Inc in Gurugram is seeking a Team Leader–Collections with 5-10 years of experience in international voice B2B/B2C collections. The role emphasizes team handling, KPI management, and reducing DSO, with coaching responsibilities.

This position is 100% work from office in Gurugram with 24x7 shifts. Ex-TCS employees are not eligible. PAN/DOB may be required as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in international voice B2B/B2C collections.
• Experience in team handling and KPI management.
• Experience in DSO reduction and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the collections team to meet KPI targets.
• Monitor cash flow, reduce DSO, and drive process improvements.
• Coach team members and handle escalations efficiently.
