Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Collections Team Lead for 100% WFO with 24x7 shifts, including night, to oversee an international voice collections operation. The role involves guiding a team of collections professionals, setting clear performance goals, and conducting regular reviews.

Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication, strong KPI attainment, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to drive performance and resolve escalations with clients.
