• Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, including automation and transformation programs.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and ensure benefits realization and tracking.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Apply data-driven methodologies to implement optimized solutions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Mentor and coach team members on Power tools and automation.
