Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Masters in TQM; ISO standards exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Exposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
• Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and improvement assessments.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across departments.
• Support leadership in strategic business excellence initiatives and change management.
• Prepare the MIS data for BEX function and extract insights or gaps.

Required Qualifications

• Good knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks.
