Job summary

Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Bartender / Cashier to support the seamless operation of the hotel's beverage outlets. You will lead front-line service, ensure quality guest experiences, and assist the Bar Manager in managing daily outlet activities.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification, a minimum of 2 years in hotel operations, and strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader -Bartender / Cashier is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets and is also responsible to assist the Bar Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
