Job summary

SkySun is seeking a capable Team Leader for its outbound sales group in Nagar, India. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, drive targets, and ensure quality and compliance across operations.

Collaboration with QA, Training, and Operations will be essential to maximize productivity. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in international BPO leadership, proven US outbound sales experience, and strong coaching, communication, and target-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
• Experience in US Outbound Sales.
• B2C sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and target-driven approach.
